Education is a cornerstone of my practice. I believe you should feel informed and empowered in your health, with a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and why.

Standard panels do not always consider all the tests indicated. When I work with patients, we do comprehensive and intentional testing to make sure we find answers.

With most of my patients I run comprehensive bloodwork. This can include markers for hormones, inflammation, insulin resistance, immune markers, nutrient deficiencies, digestive and liver health, thyroid health, and more. The lab can also assess urine, including urinalysis and cultures to investigate UTIs and urinary health.

Where indicated we can also test urinary hormones, using at home testing, to get more in depth answers regarding hormone fluctuations.

Many hormonal and productive conditions are influenced by the vaginal and uterine microbiome, testing the vaginal microbiome with at-home test kits can provide the clarity needed.

When it comes to gut health, the GI Map provides valuable information regarding your gut microbiome and its impacts on overall health.

Many conditions, including mood, hormonal health, reproductive health, and metabolic health, are influenced by insulin and blood sugar levels. We can use a continuous glucose monitor to view how fluctuations in blood glucose is impacting symptoms.
